Office Leader of tk1sc’s 30-person office in Los Angeles, Louise is an accomplished and inspiring leader with a strategic vision. She got her start in 1989 as a process and facilities engineer working with IBM in Quebec, an experience that sparked Louise’s passion for success through collaboration and integrated design.
Louise is known for her high-energy, hands-on approach to engineering, project management, and team building. She plays an integral role in the leadership of tk1sc as a Senior Principal. Under Louise’s leadership, the Los Angeles office has grown to over 30 people providing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, energy and sustainability, technology, fire engineering, commissioning, and lighting design services.
Louise is currently the chair of HCAI’s Hospital Building Safety Board and has been an active board member since 2017. She is a member of ASHE, CSHE, and ASHRAE. Her work can be seen at Dignity Health, Kaiser, Cedars-Sinai, Shriners for Children Medical Center, Providence-St. Joseph Medical Center, City of Hope, Mayo Clinic, and Banner Health.
