Jeremy has been tinkering with light for almost 25 years in theatre, theme parks, television and architecture. Jeremy started his lighting career as a technician at Sea World in San Diego, California, and went on to assist lighting designers on television shows such as Entertainment Tonight, Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!, as well as concert tours for John Mellen camp and Steely Dan. With one foot in the entertainment world, Jeremy transitioned to architectural lighting design, bringing theatrical technique and technology with him. Jeremy has years of design and construction administration experience in casinos, restaurants, multi-family housing, retail, site lighting, hospitality, commercial and masterplan projects. As a Lighting Studio Senior Director, Jeremy is involved in all stages of the design process, from conceptual design, through specification and coordination with other consultants and trades, to final commissioning. Coming from an entertainment and stage technician background, Jeremy has extensive experience with lighting, building and show automation systems, as well as real world experience in implementing these technologies in the built environment.
