Senior Designer
Eileen has been working with light for over 25 years, with numerous awards and recognitions for her designs.
Eileen has received international recognition for her work on the Taco Bell Corporate Headquarters in Irvine, California; the ongoing reimaging of the high-end retail center Fashion Island in Newport Beach, California; and the new Humanities Gateway building and Engineering Unit III at the University of California, Irvine
Other award-winning and signature projects include the Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon, California; the Hubbell Lighting Inc. Headquarters in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and Game Works throughout the United States.
As the lead Lighting Designer at STUDIOK1, Eileen provides lighting design for a wide variety of projects and is involved from the initial planning stages to the final construction support services. Her background in theatrical lighting gives her a unique view on architectural lighting, and she has worked on a wide range of projects including hospitality, residential, retail, corporate and educational environments.
Proficient in all aspects of lighting design, Eileen is involved in all phases of construction document preparation including schematic presentations, computerized renderings, design development services, fixture specifications, custom fixture design, project budgeting and construction field support.
As a LEED Accredited Professional, Eileen brings to her work a strong awareness of environmental and sustainable design.
