October 31, 2011 - STUDIOK1 opened the new Laguna Niguel City Hall on October 15, 2011.  The $22 million facility of over 40,000 square feet includes offices, council chambers, a “History Walk” and an amphitheatre.  Working with the architects and landscape architects from LPA, Inc., STUDIOK1 established an aesthetic approach that reflects the community - quiet but with elegant gestures, and simple, clean lines.
